Many people want to putt straight, but are unable to do so and find it difficult to use a putter. The Ai-ONE Square 2 Square putter is a new model created to solve such problems. The shaft is attached close to the center of the head and the weight on the heel side is heavier, eliminating the resistance of the center of gravity when taking back, allowing the head to return square to the position you set up. This characteristic automatically achieves a straight stroke. There are three types of heads available: #7, DOUBLE WIDE, and JAILBIRD. The Ai-ONE insert and STROKE LAB 90 shaft used in all of them also contribute greatly to improved performance and stability on the green.

The Ai-ONE Square 2 Square putter has a 6.3 degree loft
(5.3 degrees for the DOUBLE WIDE) and the shaft is tilted 3.3 degrees toward the target. The shaft is attached at a position away from the face (onset) and at the center of gravity of the head. The two weights mounted on the toe and heel at the front of the sole are also different in weight, with the heel being heavier. Due to these designs, when the Ai-ONE Square 2 Square putter is placed horizontally on a table, the toe faces up, creating a toe-up balance, making it easier to keep the face square.
Achieves a fully automatic stroke
Thanks to its toe-up balance, the Ai-ONE Square 2 Square putter makes it easy to pull the head straight and square automatically, and also makes it easy to swing straight and square toward the target. The head is unlikely to stray from the target line, so if you leave the stroke to the putter, you will naturally achieve a square impact. Also, as mentioned above, the shaft is tilted toward the target, so you will naturally assume a hand-first stance, and a low, long stroke will be achieved automatically.
The Ai-ONE Square 2 Square putter is equipped with an Ai-ONE insert, just like the Ai-ONE putter. It is designed by AI
to reduce ball speed loss even on off-center hits, and combined with a low, long hand-first stroke, it makes putting easy and stable. A polycarbonate window is also installed so that the complex ridges designed by AI on the back of the face can be seen.
The Ai-ONE Square 2 Square putter comes in three popular
head shapes. The horn-shaped #7, the DOUBLE WIDE, which is wider, has a longer face length than the regular DOUBLE WIDE type, and has a curved sole, is a blade type, and the now very popular JAILBIRD. As mentioned above, the sole weights are different at the toe and heel. The #7 is about 25g at the heel and 5g at the toe, the DOUBLE WIDE is about 15g at the heel and 5g at the toe, and the JAILBIRD is about 25g at the heel and 5g at the toe.
The “STROKE LAB 90 Shaft” is made entirely of steel
. The shaft is Odyssey’s unique STROKE LAB shaft, which has been completely redesigned to match the “Ai-ONE Putter”. The conventional STROKE LAB shaft was a composite shaft of steel and carbon, but the new “STROKE LAB 90 Shaft” is made entirely of steel while still being lightweight at around 90g, and the butt section is designed to be the same thickness as the conventional STROKE LAB shaft. By reducing the torque, it is designed to suppress unnecessary movement of the shaft during the stroke. In addition, a counterweight is also installed inside the shaft on the hand side. The combination of the weight of the head and the lightness of the shaft increases the moment of inertia of the entire putter, making it easier to achieve a consistent and stable stroke. The putter length is available in 33 inches and 34 inches.
